Faltrego took Jack & Grace's initial concept idea and worked on creative and production for a campaign film, symptom-specific social media cutdown videos, photography for billboards, print and social along with social media graphic designs for ads on Mumsnet, Gransnet, Google & YouTube and audio for 3 radio Ads.

It was key that we got the tone right for this content. The humorous and playful 'why?' questions by the child actors created a salient way-in for cold audiences. But it also needed it to be serious enough for the cause whilst being careful not to scaremonger. It had to be uplifting, relatable and encouraging to ensure people were willing to take action – whether online (to share the content) or in real life (check-in on older relatives or call a GP for yourself).

In summary, just over 10% of the people who saw our content interacted with it – a brilliant result. As a result of all activities from the campaign, including SEO work, PR and paid-for activity by Jack & Grace, the content reached 3.5 million people on social media with over 179K engagements. On Smooth Radio the radio ads achieved a 600K reach. Facebook was the most successful channel in terms of reaching over 65-year-olds, the campaign's primary audience group. On instagram, over half (54%) of the people who saw the ads interacted with them – this is a particularly astounding result, and far exceeded expectations.

“I love working with the amazing Faltrego team. A very talented and brilliant bunch. Highly recommend.”
