CRUK RadNet City of London wanted an introductory video for their new centre and initiative, to live on the landing page as an overarching introduction and a link in email signatures. They wanted to show what they do and how the organisation is structured, and that their research is cutting-edge.
We filmed directors, researchers and PhD students across multiple sites (UCL, QMUL, KCL) to tell the overarching story of RadNet City of Londonβs work.
Alongside, CRUK RadNet wanted an animated film tied to the 125-year anniversary of x-ray imaging to show how far radiotherapy has come. The animation acted as a resource and explainer for radiotherapy and how it works, pitched at teenage level scientific literacy. To challenge outdated stereotypes and appeal to teenage audiences, we developed a highly stylised illustration style, diverse characters and cast a female MLE accented voiceover.
