The Big Help Out is a national initiative to encourage volunteering in your local neighbourhood. Citizens Advice commissioned Faltrego to create a film that encourages more people to get involved in volunteering with their organisation.
The film had to authentically reflect the diverse roles held by volunteers at Citizens Advice and be emotive in illustrating the feeling of when a small act makes a difference.
We created a film that showcases that anyone, from any walk of life, can volunteer; as well as the vital importance of the volunteer workforce to charities like Citizens Advice in delivering their services.
